How much does lighting services cost?
We offer both affordable and extravagant lighting options that are sure to set the right mood at your event. Our lighting designers understand that the cost of your lighting display will most likely be determined by your budget. During your consultation our designer will create a display that works within your budget and utilizes the venue’s potential. The price of our lighting packages start at just $500!
What type of lighting does Tampa Lights use?
We have an abundance of lighting options for our clients to choose from, for both events and holidays . All of our equipment is professional quality, made for both indoor and outdoor applications. Each event is unique of course. During your consultation our designer will recommend to you the best lighting option for your venue, theme and color scheme.
How does the design process work?
Our lighting designers will meet with you for a free consultation at the venue of your event. During the consultation, we will gather specific information about your event including colors, theme, existing venue lighting and budget. Then, our designers will share their creative ideas and create a custom designed lighting layout for you. The design process generally takes 30 minutes.
Can you send me a quote without seeing the venue?
Yes! We can generally give you an idea of how much the cost of lighting an area would be. Send us a request for a quote by clicking HERE. For a specific quote, measurements will need to be taken and useable outlets identified at the event location.
What is the big deal with LED lights?
LED lighting technology is on the forefront of our industry. The major benefit is less power consumption. LED’s allow you to have more lights and can be controlled by a computer. To read about more of the benefits of LED’s and how we use them, click HERE.
How does the actual installation and removal process work?
Our lighting techs will set up and install the lighting for your event, just hours before you party. Immediately after the event is over, we will have a crew take down all of the equipment and lighting. We will breakdown the event, no matter what time it is.
Does Tampa Lights provide services in my area?
Yes! We will travel to you, no matter where you are located. Most of our events are in the state of Florida, however we can travel anywhere in the U.S. and provide you with the same incredible service and creativity.
How do I schedule an consultation?

Can I rent the lights and install them myself?
At this time we are not offering rental services. The reason is because our equipment is not only expensive, but difficult to install and remove without years of knowledge. Our lighting techs are very experienced and know exactly how to install, remove and fix any lighting issue. We have several years of knowledge and experience that allows us to solve electrical and installation issues on the fly. When you hire Tampa Lights, you are getting the best lighting products AND service available.
Is Tampa Lights licensed and insured?
Yes! Tampa Lights has full liability coverage up to 1 million dollars. We will provide you with safe and reliable service up to 40 ft in height.

Tampa Lights is comprised of an elite team of both lighting designers and installers. We have provided our services since 2006 for residents and businesses in the Tampa Bay area.
